Our missions

The research center aims to be a place for study and support for convenience stores and craftsmanship, focusing on the impact of digitalization, their sustainability and the attractiveness of cities.

Reflecting on the evolution of the business model of local shops

Studying the performance of digitalization (adoption, visibility, processes)

Identify the success factors (sustainability and transmission)

Our 3 approaches

The research center aims to explore the challenges to the success of local businesses: the strategic dimension of technological investment, their impact on the attractiveness of cities and the entrepreneurial challenges (from creation to transmission).

This multidimensional approach will help to understand how these businesses adapt and thrive in an evolving urban and technological context, highlighting their crucial role in the dynamics of local communities.
